- Tell us about yourself and where you're from.
- I'm from Russia, and I've been here in the U.S. for a little over a year. I really miss Russia, but I really like living and studying in New York. There's no city in the world like it.
- What do you like most about living and studying in New York City?
- Well, I have a lot of friends here from other countries. I have friends from Italy, Turkey, Tajikistan, the Ukraine. Only in New York City is this possible.
- Was there any particular reason why you decided to come to New York City to study?
- I chose New York because it’s the most famous city in the world. I wanted to come to New York City because there is so much here to do and see. You can also learn a lot about other countries and cultures here. You get off at one subway station and you're in China-town, get off at another stop, you're in little Italy.
- Tell us why you chose TCS – International?
- It’s a really great place to study. I like the instructors here. They make the lessons interesting and I get a lot out of coming to classes. The schedules are very flexible, which is very important to me, as I have a very hectic life-style!
- Do you feel like courses at TCS – International have helped you? Do you notice any progress in your language skills?
- Yes, the courses here have helped me a lot. I’ve learned a great deal here, and I’ve noticed I’ve been able to understanding and accomplish a lot more since I started my classes at TCS. The teachers here make a difference. If the teachers are good, you’ll be inspired to push yourself to learn more.
- Tell us about an unforgettable moment at TCS – International.
- I’ve always had a great time here at school. I love hanging out with my friends here. I met a girl here from Italy, and I just simply fell in love.
- What would you say to potential students of TCS – International?
- TCS is the best choice for students coming to the U.S. to study. There’s so much to do and see in New York, and TCS is in the best part of Manhattan.
- What are your plans after leaving TCS? Do you plan to continue studying?
- I’m planning on attending college once I finish my studies here. The University Application program they have at TCS will really assist me in achieving my goals to continue my studies.
